Bearing in mind our customers’ increasingly sophisticated expectations, we have prepared a line of specialist flours intended for home baking based on traditional recipes. These include wheat bread flour, ideal for baking delicious homemade graham rolls. Type 1500 Szczepanki Graham flour is obtained by grinding whole grains of Polish wheat. Unlike in wholemeal flours, parts of the grains are very finely ground. Besides the fine flavour of the products made from it, this flour is also a rich source of fibre and natural microelements.
